We started Nine8 Redevelopment out of a shared vision of offering our clients a better way to sell their homes. We named our business Nine8 Redevelopment after the start of Western Washington zip codes (98) to reflect our roots and ties to the community we love and that has supported us for so long. As a father and son team we share many of the same values and goals for our company. We want to deal fairly with everyone we work with; the people we buy homes from, our contractors, and the homeowner of the finished project. While we buy houses in Washington, we also offer a full range of services from buying your home outright with a cash offer, or listing your home on the open market as your agent.
Our mission is not to buy your home, but to work with you to determine the best course of action according to your needs and goals. We will help you create a plan to accomplish your goals as efficiently and hassle-free as possible.
While we will happily purchase your home and help you move into your new place, we will also be the first ones to tell you when working with a professional home buyer isn’t the right choice for your needs. If you wish to list your home for sale, we can help with that also.
We promise honesty, integrity, and efficiency with everyone we work with ensuring that when it is the right choice, we make the process as smooth as possible. We are looking forward to working with you.

We started our business with the goal of supporting the Washington community that we love so much. Rebuilding homes, using local suppliers and craftsman, and helping our neighbors is just part of our mission. We also want to support the local organizations that have helped us in our personal lives.
We at Nine8 Redevelopment have decided to donate 10% of our profits towards the Oxford House. Oxford Houses support those in addiction recovery by providing a safe, sober environment. They are run by the residents and hold each other accountable with the shared goal of sobriety.
Addiction can tear apart lives and families while leaving absolute chaos and destruction in its wake. I know this from personal experience as I too struggled with addiction. A big part of my journey was spent in an Oxford House. It was through this experience that I was able to get a second chance at life and build a foundation to grow upon.
If you would like to join us in supporting this wonderful organization you can visit Oxford House’s web site.
We’re here to walk you through each and every step of the process.
